Purpose of the Website

This website presents the home sample collection services offered by Trois Pierre — Soins à domicile and allows you to communicate with the company or book an appointment. It is provided for informational purposes and does not replace a medical consultation.

Informational Nature

The information on this website (services, procedures, FAQ) is provided for general purposes. If you have any medical concerns or are in an urgent situation, consult a healthcare professional or contact emergency services (911).

Home Companion Care Service

The companion care service (presence, companionship, simple meals, light routine, respite and outdoor companionship) is a non-medical service, distinct from nursing care. It does not replace a medical assessment, emergency services, the CLSC, or care provided by a healthcare professional.

A request submitted through the website or by email is not a confirmation of an appointment. Needs, service area, availability, and safety conditions must be confirmed during a prior discussion before any first visit.

The service does not include administering or preparing medication, full baths, complex transfers, lifting a person who has fallen, transportation in a vehicle (except with prior confirmation), or wound care. Trois Pierre inc. reserves the right to refuse or interrupt a visit if conditions present a risk to the safety of the person receiving care or of the companion.

The person making the request is responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring the home is safe and accessible for the visit. The terms for cancellation, home access, pets, and respectful conduct toward staff are communicated to you before the service begins.

For the companion care service, at least 24 hours' notice is requested to cancel or reschedule a visit. The exact terms are communicated to you before the first visit.

Appointments and Cancellation

All appointments remain subject to confirmation. Cancellation or rescheduling terms are communicated to you when your appointment is confirmed; we encourage you to notify us as soon as possible of any changes.

Intellectual Property

The content of this website (text, images, logo, layout) is protected and remains the property of Trois Pierre inc. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Trois Pierre inc. makes every effort to ensure the information published on this website is accurate, but cannot be held responsible for errors, omissions, or temporary unavailability of the site.
